Ash did a great job on our deck. His workmanship stood out and we’re happy with the result. However, the final cost increased by over 50% due to scope changes, including a new retaining wall we thought was covered and replacing one we expected to be removed. The deck also ended up 0.5m shorter with no price adjustment. While Ash stayed professional, more accurate scoping upfront would have been appreciated.
