Hey, I’m Matt Gray, a qualified builder working solo under my own name Gray Contracting, here in Dunedin. I’m not part of a big crew — it’s just me, and that’s how I like it. When you hire me, you’re dealing directly with the person doing the work, start to finish.



I’ve been building for a few years now and have had solid hands-on experience across residential work — everything from decks and fences to renovations and new builds. I’m fully qualified, I back my work, and I take pride in doing things properly.
