North Shore Glass specialises in all things glass from broken windows and pet door installations through to frameless glass and shopfront repairs. We recently had the pleasure of North Shore Glass carry out a repair on a cracked window. They ticked all the boxes one requires when having a service person to the house. Excellent communication, with an acceptable quote, and information re time of repair. The service person was efficient and very pleasant. 10/10 service ! I was in need of an emergency glass call out a few weeks ago and North Shore Glass were fantastic. From the very first phone call they were great. You can imagine it was an awfully stressful situation but I was given great reassurance from North Shore Glass. They had a solution for me within minutes and where at my property to secure my window within I’d say 2 hours and my window replaced within 1 week. The level of customer service I received was top notch. Very friendly - Bruce, Peter and Colene. My husband called North Shore glass on Monday morning to see if someone could call round to measure up for a replacement shower door. The person who answered took the details and said someone would call back to schedule a time. Over 24 hours later, my husband called again. This time the scheduler had ‘gone out for a coffee’ but would call back. Several hours later still no call so he rang back and cancelled the job. This is not good enough! If your company doesn’t want this type of work, then just say so - don’t leave people hanging. We have now got a really efficient company to do the job.
