Hi, we are a family business that has been operating for over 60 years servicing Auckland wide with a great team of experienced glass and aluminum tradesmen. North Shore Glass specialises in all things glass from broken windows and pet door installations through to frameless glass and shopfront repairs. I own a building company. these guys strung me along for 3 weeks promising a quote. Never received it and never heard from anyone. Rung multiple times to follow up on progress, each time the response was the same.. "waiting for a price dorm supplier etc". I understand if you don't want to do the work, just say so. But to string it along for three weeks, is just poor business ethics. Should be ashamed of themselves. If you own a building company like me, steer clear of this company. Reply: Sorry this happened to you Tom. We appreciate your feed back and will look at our processes and try to do better next time. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future.
