Hi, we are a family business that has been operating for over 60 years servicing Auckland wide with a great team of experienced glass and aluminum tradesmen. North Shore Glass specialises in all things glass from broken windows and pet door installations through to frameless glass and shopfront repairs. Called North Shore Glass on Friday, spoke with a lady (Lauren) who booked me in for Tuesday. At about 11am on Tuesday I hadn't heard from them as to when they would be coming, so called them to follow up. After being put on hold, Lauren came back on the phone to say that scheduling hadn't been made aware the appointment was for Tuesday (so what day was it for then?) and asked if they could come tomorrow. Cancelled the appointment and went elsewhere. Not good enough! Reply: Hi Kingsley, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with us.
