Puchased some laminate flooring at Flooring Xtra and found that Southern Max offered a superior floor laying service. They quoted to level the floor as a prep, which others had missed, and then after quoting for 4 bags said they had only used 2 so very honest people. I paid them too much as they inadvertently sent the estimate for the final invoice, but I'm sure they will refund the difference and the reduced time it took to grind the floor. Finished product looks great and they know their trade - lovely friendly staff who work really hard.
