Ive been building an out house at my place, I went and saw Tim at choices flooring north shore and he helped me choose some carpet tiles and carpet for the mezzanine floor. I couldn't be happier with how they've turned out and the end result is amazing, I can't recommend Tim enough he made the whole process so easy from helping me choose the floor covering, to having it all installed in under a week. for any floor coverings Tim at choices flooring is your man. Reply: Thanks so much for the fantastic review, Joe! We’re thrilled to hear you’re so happy with how everything has turned out. It was a pleasure helping you choose the right flooring for your project, and we’re glad we could make the process easy from start to finish. We really appreciate your recommendation and wish you all the best with the new space!

Tim and the team worked really hard to turn my dated tile and carpet floor into a "dream look" modern LVP floor. Tim also reused some of my downstairs carpet to repair an area upstairs. Much appreciated! The team that removed the old flooring and lay the new were a pleasure to work for, trustworthy and reliable. I met them in the morning and headed off to work and came home to a tidy house with flooring progress! There were a few minor hiccups - uneven floors and a small external leak. I was informed every step of the way with solutions and photos before they proceeded. Tim was very personable and went above expectations, visiting in the weekend and even supplying my cat a couple of carpet samples to sit on as she missed the old carpet! I would not hesitate to use Choices again! Thanks, we love our new floor. ( Pics show new flooring and a pic of the cat on the old carpet before it was removed! ) Reply: Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Vanessa! It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we’re so glad to hear you love the new flooring. We really appreciate your understanding when we came across the uneven floors and the small leak, and we’re pleased we could keep you updated throughout and find solutions along the way. It was also great to be able to give the existing carpet a second life upstairs! Thank you again for choosing Choices Flooring and for trusting us with your home. We really appreciate your kind words and would love to work with you again in the future.
