O.K.L.A Apartments
Offering everyday luxury in one of Auckland’s fastest growing suburbs, O.K.L.A is a six-story, mixed-use apartment building located in Albany, a satellite suburb on the North Shore. The building features two retail units on the ground level, undercroft parking, and five levels of one, two, and three-bedroom units. The design is contemporary and situated just minutes away from the Northern Motorway, Albany Bus Station, and various retail and dining precincts. In this project, I managed a team of over 40 people and played a crucial role in defining all the lines and shapes of the building. I collaborated with engineering professionals to significantly expedite the project's completion.
