Call for a free quote and while I was deciding whether to go ahead or not they charge me for the quote. Trying to explain that there was no job done to no avail. I should of gone to small claims court. The lady who said that she deals with invoice dispute was incredibly condescending. Be very careful and be certain that the quote is free before committing. Glad I didn't go ahead. Reply: Hi Su Do, unfortunately, I can not find you in our system, could you please call 0800 463 569 and ask for Tracey. We don't charge for quotes, but we do charge for investigations. It is important to clarify at the point of booking whether you want a quote or an investigation.

Had the team in from Go with the flow for what I thought was a small issue but ended up being a fairly major issue on council land. Go with the flow were super good to deal with both with what work needed doing on our side, and dealing with the council and ensuring things were sorted quickly! Would happily work with them again.
