I called Shayne first thing in the morning, left a message and got a text about 15 minutes later asking me to email their office to book a job on the same day! 1 hour later I got a call and everything organised. Phillip turned up later during the day, managed to identify the issue and got it all resolved in no time while also giving some handy tips for the future and sharing his good sense of humour! Our shower head started leaking on a Friday and got worse. On the Monday, we asked Go with the Flow to help decide on repairing or replacing. We got a new shower head - exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price - by the Tuesday afternoon. They asked for photos and commentary of the problem to help them give the best advice. The technician was really friendly, approachable and explained his work well. We are very impressed with how quickly the job was arranged and the service on the day. We are really happy with the new shower - another good job by Go with the Flow as they also did a good job cleaning our gutters in the winter. They are our primary plumbing solution. Arranged some work in Keri with the owner at a price he sent. Quite high but OK. He showed up unable to do the job that day, strange that, but promising to return the next week. He then sent a quote, that I didn't ask for, way higher than his price. Now he says he's not showing for the job tomorrow as I didn't accept his quote. Trying it on of course but insisting it's my fault. I wish I could score zero. Steer clear- unprofessional. Reply: Dear Mr. Langley, Here is the response I got from the owner. "Mr Langley text me some weeks ago asking my prices / labour rates for some gas fitting which I sent to him , we also confirmed a day that I would turn up to do the job which I turned up on time as agreed. However Mr Langley was very upset that I could not do the job that day as agreed, because I had an urgent job come in. An elderly woman with no water for 3 days that I could not leave over the long weekend. He expressed his disappointment and let me know about it through body language and comments about me to his wife. From there he walked me around the job showing me what needed doing. I asked him did he want an idea of costs to do the job he said yes I said I would do this and I would return following Friday. I went back to the office and issued a quotation over email to Gavin, he replied telling me he had some of the gear which I removed off the quotation and then resent it to him. He then never came back to me about the quotation, never accepted it online, so I was not sure whether he wanted to proceed. My quotation system is simple and easy to use, it's clear if you want to proceed with the quote it says 'accept this quotation' which he never did. Today he called me and asked if I was coming tomorrow. I said no sorry, because you never confirmed my quote and I have booked in other clients now. Mr Langley then said he never received the quotation. My system tells me when emails and quotes are opened and Mr Langley had opened all quotes and emails so he was lying to me saying he never got this quote. All day Mr Langley called my office ladies and myself and kept texting me threatening that he would give me a bad review on the internet about my business manner etc if I did not come and do his job today. As far as I am concerned I have communicated to the best of my ability with Mr Langley, and I pride myself on my work ethic. His inability to communicate efficiently has left him an unhappy man."
