We organise around a week in advance to meet at 12:45 on a Tuesday for a quote. My partner got a call from the business owner at a different time earlier that morning when no one was home advising he was at property. She advised to stick to the time so he went to a local food court 5 mins down the road. 12:45 and I’ve arrived home and call the business owner who advises he is still at food court and can’t make the time? I asked to do a Friday on my day off any week that works for him - to which he replied his quote days are only Tuesdays and Thursdays. Totally bizarre. Reply: I am the owner of the company , i apologize for not making the appointment on time , while at lunch a very urgent job was called in which i had to attend too , i am extremely sorry and would like to offer you another time if that works for you ?
