Pretty good service, first instance proactive and friendly. I do rely on reviews when booking businesses so feedback does help for customer and business. they came out to sort low pressure and throughly checked everything the plumber was awesome to deal with and friendly. Had issue after the fact where we lost water all together - which is typical after playing around, my parents are living in my house and aren’t very mobile where the issue did affect them but once go with flow rang problem was sorted asap which I do have a lot of respect in going out of their way to resolve the issue - glad it wasn’t a major and always happy to pay for good service. I’ve had Go With The Flow in a couple of times for different jobs and always had a great experience. Their people are all very friendly and willing to answer questions. The hot water pressure was terrible due to having a low-pressure system on a rental we own. Every tenant over the last three years we had complained about it. Unfortunately, the previous owners had just replaced it before us, so it was brand new. Thomas recommended the Greens FlowBoost shower mixer to improve it. There were a few teething problems during installation, but Thomas was able to sort these out quickly and the shower is now fantastic. I was worried that the improvement might be small or unnoticeable but it is significantly better. I would definitely recommend both the product and the plumber.
