Cleaners did not turned up and I ended up cleaning myself on that day! Def won’t recommend to anyone. Booked this on Saturday and got confirmation from an email. But still no communications at all that cleaners not coming. Reply: Subject: Apology for Recent Service Disruption Hi Ferren, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There was a miscommunication on our end due to an issue with job allocation. Although the job was in the system, the assigned cleaner had no visibility of it, and unfortunately, our Admin Manager was away on medical leave during this time. We did reach out late in the day to offer a solution, and I understand that it was too little, too late. We have since taken corrective measures and upgraded our system to ensure that this issue does not occur again. While we always strive for excellence, this was an oversight and we deeply regret the disruption. We remain committed to maintaining the high level of service you expect from us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Best regards, Andy
