Before get the job they contact me after that they never answer my phone. They even did inform me that they won't come on the reserved date. I left them message and the reply to my text the will come after 2 days. The result is horrible, the said the vacuum first and they didn't, no steam cleaning and no station removal. Just water and some cheap spray and the price higher than the others. I'm not happy at all and not recommended.

Very disappointed with the clean. I ordered a deep clean of bathrooms and kitchens to remove grease and soap scum before I moved in. Only one cleaner arrived. The kitchen cabinets were ok but the high and low areas in kitchen not cleaned, walls and floors still dirty, bathrooms still full of soap scum. Really unimpressed that this cost $400. They sent the same cleaner back but they didn’t have the right cleaning products and left again.

Very pleased with the workmanship, communication + cost. It was necessary for me to give card details over the phone, but this was done in a legitimate + safe way. We needed carpet cleaning for our entire rental at short notice and they were very accommodating, helpful and prompt; even coming out on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend. Graeme cleaned our carpets here in Christchurch.

Showed up for a few cleans, then just stopped coming. No communication, no nothing. One clean was not done to my satisfaction - bathroom counters not wiped clean, kitchen surfaces not clean, floors not vacuumed. Contacted the owner who didn't want to take responsibility. Reply: Hi Dani, just a quick message — Absolute Domestic confirmed yesterday that they are your cleaning company, and Sparkle Property Services has never taken you on as a client. It seems a review was posted under Sparkle Property Services by mistake. As this is a false statement for a business that hasn’t provided you any service, could you please remove the review? You’re of course welcome to leave feedback directly with Absolute Domestic, either based on your call with them or on their Google page.
