Showed up for a few cleans, then just stopped coming. No communication, no nothing. One clean was not done to my satisfaction - bathroom counters not wiped clean, kitchen surfaces not clean, floors not vacuumed. Contacted the owner who didn't want to take responsibility. Reply: Hi Dani, just a quick message — Absolute Domestic confirmed yesterday that they are your cleaning company, and Sparkle Property Services has never taken you on as a client. It seems a review was posted under Sparkle Property Services by mistake. As this is a false statement for a business that hasn’t provided you any service, could you please remove the review? You’re of course welcome to leave feedback directly with Absolute Domestic, either based on your call with them or on their Google page.
