Substandard work and a misleading quote. Quoted $60 an hour, charged $120 an hour. Not the agreed price. Extra hole drilled because of bad measuring, parallel mirrors 5mm different (this probably can't be altered) main mirror not centered and mirror holders not screwed in. 2 people taking 5 hours to hang a few mirrors is not on. Not happy one little bit.

This was a small job; I was bothered about being able to engage a competent tradesperson for it. Had not used Builders Crack previously. Noel had a quiet professional manner and approach when visiting the site to quote; this continued throughout the work. Quote was precise, describing the work accurately. Prepared & protected the area safely & well. A competent, pleasant, tidy and thorough tradesperson, whom I would recommend to anyone requiring plastering and/or painting. Impressed! Thank you.
