Oropi House Extension and New Pool

Our clients purchased this beautiful home in 2020 with dreams to make a few changes and put their own stamp on the property. A family of five with three growing teenagers, the clients realised they wanted to extend their garage into a multi-functional sleep-out and play room. With the help of a talented architect and a great builder, the addition was a perfect match to the existing build. The clients have also utilised a large open section of the property to build a pool surrounded by luxurious kwila decking and a seamless built-in electric pool cover. The result is a kiwi dream and the owners couldn't be happier.

Light Commercial Office Renovation, Te Puna

This client's dream was to convert an old chicken shed into an office building for their home business, and what a transformation it was! The whitewash plywood interior lining made this into an inviting space, with a warm industrial feel. The new kitchen, lounge area and new double-glazed windows creates a versatile and comfortable office building for their team. You can add a workshop, garage or office for a home business. Our expertise will have you reaping the benefits quickly.

Architectural New Build

This stunning architectural home features cedar shiplap cladding, textured brick work with bagging finish, and a block work basement. The exterior cedar louvres offer privacy, shade and direct the owner's view toward the ocean. Kwila decking connects the inside to the outdoors with a seamless flow, and the custom aluminium joinery frames the view from every room. As the on-site foreman during this build, Greg managed both internal and external construction. This home had every detail covered from the steel and block foundations, to the retaining walls that framed the landscaping for the gardens.
