About
My name is Inocentes Monteza Jr., and I am the Director of ReinBrothers Builders. With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter in the construction industry, including 11 years in New Zealand, I possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise. My experience covers site supervision, finish carpentry, formwork carpentry, and project coordination in both residential and commercial builds.
I have achieved Level 4 certification in concrete construction through BCITO and have been recognized as a Supervisor in Construction-Related Trades.
Before founding ReinBrothers Builders, I served as a Lead Carpenter and Site Foreman on various projects, particularly in Christchurch, Wanaka, and currently in Auckland, where I focus on commercial and residential multi-unit developments. My responsibilities have included reading plans and specifications, scheduling trades, supervising teams of up to 10 workers, ensuring quality control, liaising with clients, and making sure that projects are completed on time , and within budget.
