Attach window latches

Professional job completed that required some problem solving. Fitting of latches and arms to four upstairs windows. A builder was called in to carve spaces in the window frame for the latch to slot into place. Both were very respectful and careful in their dealings with me.

Squeaky timber floors

Worker went back to his van 3 times and was on his phone often. It went quiet for a while, so I tried to find him, then realised he was using my toilet, door not fully closed. His worker created squeeks in my floor that weren't there before. I became very intimidated by James. I had carpet going in a few days later, so couldn't find someone else in that time. James wanted to cancel on me, even just as his worker arrived. I'm shaking remembering this. Vile might be a good word for him. I am not.
