Custom Pantry & Laundry Shelving | Mount Albert | New Build

Shelving Mount Albert, Auckland

5.0

Resham was very professional, and the workmanship was absolutely fantastic. The quality of work delivered was superb, and I’m very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Resham! The only areas for improvement would be communication and time management. With a little more consistency in these areas, the overall experience would be even better.

Small kitchen reno

Kitchen Renovation Devonport, North Shore

4.0

We love our new kitchen and are really happy with the final result vs. the cost. Resham's design was easily the best we saw, and the component quality is solid for the price point. However, communication was pretty bad. Unanswered calls and messages were common, and I constantly had to chase just to find out what was happening. I passed this feedback on and got an apology, but saw no improvement. Ultimately, we're happy with the result, but not the happiest with the experience.

Resham carried out a site visit and offered good suggestions and insights. Unfortunately he failed to provide a quotation after a few weeks, and communication was absent when previously agreed to keep me informed. This has forced me to engage with another professional.

Wardrobe door installation

Rimu sliding doors were fitted to existing wardrobes. We were a bit nervous about the existing rimu framing being damaged as the timber is irreplaceable but Resham did a really good job and took great care of everything. He even vacuumed the wood shavings etc afterwards. There were a couple of delays getting the job done but it was worth waiting for.

Rashem, you came to our place in July and measured up. It is now October and I have given up trying to contact you on multiple occasions for the quote. You already did one job for me and I paid you the day the invoice came in, yet I have been waiting 4 months for you to get back to me with your quote. You have wasted my time and yours, and I have now given these 3 projects to someone else. I’m disappointed because you were going to get this work but I cannot wait for ever.

It was a pleasure to have dealt with Amal and Resham of JSK & W, for our project involving the making of 2 storage cabinets and the MDF portions of 2 display cabinets. They completed the project well and on time. We wish them all the best for their continued well- deserved success Venu

I had J S construct my home bar and shop counter, and their work was outstanding. Now Resham is renovating my shop, and his craftsmanship has been excellent. I value how he listens to my ideas and adds his own creative touch. I'm very pleased with both the quality and the affordability of their services. Everyone I’ve recommended them to has been equally satisfied. Choosing JS for the third time clearly demonstrates my satisfaction.
