Laundry Renovation With Double Machines & Stainless Sink

Project description

This project involved transforming an outdated laundry into a modern, efficient, and highly functional workspace. The client required two front-loading washing machines, additional bench space, and a new, practical sink area.

Scope of Work:

Removal of old laundry cabinetry and fittings

Detailed measurements and redesign of the layout

Creating a custom cabinet structure to support two front-loading washing machines

Installing a new stainless steel sink unit with plumbing allowances

Fitting benchtop above the machines for extra workspace

Installing overhead cupboards and side storage (if applicable)

Adding soft-close hinges and hardware throughout

Custom panels, fillers, and scribe for a seamless built-in look

Cut-outs for taps, power points, and plumbing connections

Final alignment and finishing touches

Site clean-up and disposal of old materials

Result:
The laundry space was upgraded into a clean, efficient, and organised area. The dual front-loading setup allowed the client to run multiple loads at once, while the new sink and benchtop improved functionality. The cabinetry provided extra storage and a tidy, modern appearance.
