Ky's communication from the start was excellent. Upon his first assessment he quickly assessed the job, made suggestions and we agreed a approach. His costing was received quickly and after acceptance the work was completed within a few days. The result was not perfect on the first attempt due to a tile cracking when originally lifted. Ky returned and replaced without fuss. I highly recommend him as he and his team were polite, punctual and completed all work to a high standard.

Ky was great. He completed the floor tiling on time and we were very happy. Unfortunately for our kitchen tiles one of his workers did it and it was awful. However Ky rectified it right away and was very apologetic. We would use Ky again.
