Job description
We have a few tiles in kitchen floor which wobble. Not sure if due to water damage below or tiles just come loose. Grout is cracked and broken. I've added a couple of photos tiles rock if you stand on them. Not sure about cost as it could be a few tiles or a few tiles and complete regrouping. Of whole kitchen area 17m2

Ky's communication from the start was excellent. Upon his first assessment he quickly assessed the job, made suggestions and we agreed a approach. His costing was received quickly and after acceptance the work was completed within a few days. The result was not perfect on the first attempt due to a tile cracking when originally lifted. Ky returned and replaced without fuss. I highly recommend him as he and his team were polite, punctual and completed all work to a high standard.
