Repiling Tokomaru Bay

Re-level areas of house where subsidence cause concrete piles to drop and lean. Remedy was jack, reset existing piles and pack to make level. Included was also removing chimney which had pulled the house down and installing three anchor piles and some conventional piles. Hamilton foundation remedial work

External load bearing walls in portions of the house had dropped, identified that a few totara piles had rotted and areas of floor bearer also rotten. Installed new piles and bearers as needed.

Re-leveling in Huntley

Due to subsidence the left side rear portion of the house had sunken. The remedy was to jack and pack existing piles so that area of the house would then be restored back to level and then installed four new piles in between existing to stop further sinking.

Hamilton Project

Corner of house sunken and windows jammed. Remedied the area in question by replacing four crumbling concrete piles and inserting three jack studs, also we installed packing to other existing piles to make the house foundation level and compliant again.
