Renovated 2x Bathrooms in Mount Roskill

The renovation of these two bathrooms has been successfully completed in 6 weeks. Work included full demolition, installation of new flooring, plumbing and electrical services, certified waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings. We also designed and fitted a custom frameless sliding door for the corner bath. Both bathrooms have a cohesive and timeless feel. The project was completed on time, with all finishes delivered to a high-quality standard.

Kitchen Renovation - Mount Albert

Project Overview: The kitchen renovation project has been successfully completed in 4 weeks, addressing the previously identified functional and aesthetic issues. The project involved a full strip-out of the existing cabinetry and removal of all fixtures, remediation and flooring, followed by the installation of updated cabinetry, stone benchtop, and new appliances & fixtures. Scope of Work Completed: Demolition & Removal – All outdated cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and fixtures were carefully removed. Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades – Existing plumbing and electrical systems were fully replaced to meet current standards and support modern appliances. Cabinetry & Countertops Installation – New cabinetry and stone countertops were installed, providing improved storage, layout efficiency, and a modern aesthetic. Appliances & Fixtures – Modern appliances and fixtures were fitted, fully integrated with the upgraded plumbing and electrical systems. Finishing & Detailing – Final touches, including hardware, backsplashes, and finishes, were completed to deliver a cohesive and functional kitchen space. Outcome: The renovated kitchen now offers enhanced functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The holistic approach to updating systems and finishes ensures long-term usability and adds value to the property.

Apartment Renovation - Mount Eden

We worked closely with the client throughout the design and consent phase of the project to ensure the proposed refurbishment met both their requirements and regulatory obligations. A building consent was required to convert the existing bath into a fully tiled shower, and this was incorporated into the project planning. The refurbishment includes the installation of new Rondo ceiling systems with LED downlights, full removal of the bathroom and kitchen and replacement of wall linings where required. We upgraded plumbing and electrical servicess and installed new cabinetry in the kitchen with a bamboo benchtop. We also installed a custom cabinet to raise the washing machine. Works covered the bathroom, kitchen, living area, and bedroom, including new fixtures, fittings, finishes, and appliances. The project has been designed to modernise the unit, improve functionality, and deliver a high-quality, durable finish throughout.

Exterior Cladding & Roof Replacement - 65 Unit Complex

The Challenge: The client required extensive exterior upgrades across a multi-building residential complex. This included the targeted remediation and replacement of exterior cladding on 65 three-story units, as well as the full roof replacement of 13 designated units. The cladding had been compromised due to cracks from improper installation, while the roofs had reached the end of their service life and were beginning to show signs of water ingress. The project demanded a coordinated, expert-led approach to ensure building integrity, weather tightness, and minimal disruption to residents. Our Approach: Comprehensive Investigation & Planning: Conducted in-depth inspections of all 65 units to assess the extent of cladding damage and roof deterioration. Developed detailed reports outlining issues, prioritization, and proposed plans for both cladding and roofing. Created a phased work schedule to maximize efficiency and reduce inconvenience for occupants. Cladding Remediation & Replacement: Removed and replaced compromised cladding with durable, compliant materials. Ensured adherence to all supplier installation requirements and building codes. Focused on improving aesthetics and weather resistance. Roof Replacement: Carried out full roof replacements on 13 units using long-lasting, weather-resistant materials tailored to the building style. Implemented safe removal of old roofing and precise installation of new systems, including waterproofing and insulation layers. Coordinated roofing works in line with cladding efforts to optimize labor and access. Access & Logistics Management: Deployed scaffolding and company-owned scissor lifts to provide safe and efficient access for both cladding and roofing work. Managed site logistics to reduce disruption, with dedicated communication channels for residents to stay informed. Safety & Quality Assurance: Maintained strict safety protocols for all trades on-site, protecting both workers and residents. Conducted regular quality checks, safety audits, and photographic documentation to ensure work met the highest standards. Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Offered post-project maintenance and monitoring to ensure long-term performance of both cladding and roofing systems. Continued support for any arising issues, reinforcing peace of mind for property management and residents.
