Exterior Weatherboard House

Badly weathered weatherboards of the exterior need a full renovation by replacing rotten weatherboards. Badly cracked and damaged paint was stripped back to bare timber, Oil base primer to seal it and Top Coated with X10 Weathershield paint.

Internal & External Painting

House was getting ready for the Market to be sold. Renovated, Painted & Plastered, House Washed & External paint Job Ready for the Market, to be sold.

Plasters walls , stain blocked Beams and wallboard sealer as undercoat on all new gib

Stain block all doors with oil based quick dry dulux one step Stain blocker.

Love these beautiful stained window , we masked up all windows and Sprayed doors

Onehunga outside/ inside

Amazing attention to detailed , Sprayed and fine finished , amazing project to bring is up an old dilapidated building and restore it to modern beautiful upmarket standard, so greatful to get to work on this project :) happy clients
