Jimmy and his team delivered a large residential renovation for me commencing June of 2023. Scope included converting an existing garage into a 2bedroom separate dwelling with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and separate power and water connections. And reconfiguring the main dwelling with a new kitchen, additional bedroom and ensuite. A detailed price and programme was provided, and full inspection schedule with council inspections booked in advance to ensure programme milestones were met. The build took 3months from contract execution to final inspection. Workmanship was superb, with great quality finishes. All work by sub-trades were also of a high standard and coordinated well making it hassle free for me. Jimmy was always easily reachable and easy to deal with. A proportion of scope was delivered on a charge up basis and costs were reasonable. He also provided various options when unforeseen issues were encountered which made it easier for me to make decisions on how to progress certain things. Overall, he delivered the project on time and he pushed through a number of weekends to maintain the programme. On completion, he provided all handover documentation in both hard copy and digital format which allowed me to expedite lodging the CCC. He is also backed by Certified Builders which is great and gives me the Halo 10year residential guarantee. Highly recommend Jimmy and his team for a professional and timely project.
