Full Renovation Of Clients Roof & Leak I.D/Repair
Our client approached us with a leak issue around the flashing on their chimney exhaust. Along with this, they expressed a desire to restore their roof to avoid the need for a complete re-roof in the near future. As any homeowner knows, proper roof maintenance plays a crucial role in avoiding costly repairs and prolonging the life of the roof. We were able to address the problem by replacing screws, providing a full rust treatment, installing back trays with new aqua seals, and fixing the leak. As a result of our efforts, the roof has been given a new lease of life and our client is extremely pleased with the outcome.
Leak On Decramastic Tile Roof Leak I.D & Repair
The client had been experiencing a persistent leak on their decramastic tiled roof, which had been unsuccessfully repaired by other companies in the past. They reached out to us for help in identifying and fixing the issue, and we were able to successfully resolve the problem. Identifying and repairing leaks in decramastic roofs can be notoriously challenging, which is why we take pride in successfully resolving the issue for our client.
Installed New Back Trays and Gutter Flashings
Client had aqua seals installed without back trays. He also need a small gutter flashing made up to block water coming in under his clip lock iron. We were happy to help!
Leak I.D and Repair!
Client had a historic leak coming though a penetration. We replaced the decramastic tiles and aqua-seal in affected area, stopping the leak.
