Roof repaint/reseal and repairs

1920s two storey house Hataitai with corrugated iron roof (am told this is the older thicker Japanese iron). Would like quote for a roof repaint/reseal and also repair of any detected leaks. Have had minor water ingress issue in main bedroom in past (see photo) which require internal repair (this will be subject to a separate job request on builderscrack) but no ongoing ingress - am keen to plug any detected leaks in course of the work. References required of any tradespeople bidding for the job.

We strongly recommend Cam McArthur (Above Focus Roofing) for the excellent work carried out in renovating (rescrewing, replacing corroded iron, and recoating/repainting) our roof on a very steep and difficult site in Hataitai Wellington. This was a very complex job but from the outset Cam impressed us with his knowledge and practical advice which made us very confident that he and his company would be well-placed to do a 5 star job, which he did. Scaffolder/subcontractors excellent as well.
