rom the beginning, this project presented a challenge with its steep 45-degree pitch and concrete tiles. The client chose a complete roof renovation, setting high expectations for our team. Despite the difficulties, we dedicated over a month to this project and achieved a final finish that we are extremely pleased with.
Wesley Centre
We are pleased to showcase a project that has been our focus for the past few months. This aging building has a history of seven troublesome leaks that stumped numerous roofing companies over the past decade. We have successfully replaced tin with butynol and tray deck with trim rib, along with addressing a significant amount of Decramastic. Our team has demonstrated exceptional skill in overcoming these challenges, resulting in the resolution of the leaks. With this job completed, we are ready to tackle the next one!
Ebony Dream House!
We take great pride in this project, especially considering the constraint of the client's limited budget and the challenge of fixing five different leaks in the property, an issue multiple roofing companies had previously attempted without success. Our unique procedures for identifying issues with older properties enabled us to fix all five leaks on the first attempt! We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to resolve this issue for you. Well done to our team for successfully tackling another complex project!
Roof Renovation In Churton Park!
This project posed some challenges right from the start. Our task was to address two leaks, remove all the existing fixtures on the roof, replace them with roofing screws, install new flashings and aquaseals, and apply a triple coat to the roof. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. Great job, team! Another successful project completed!
Roof Renovation & Butynol Installation
We were thrilled and deeply humbled when we received the call informing us that we had secured this job, especially considering the fierce competition from multiple other companies. The client approached us with a roof leak issue, along with a requirement to install a section of butynol. Upon identifying the leak, we quickly realized that the fixings needed replacement and that the roof needed further coating for enhanced protection. We are ecstatic with the final outcome of the project and, most importantly, delighted that the client is also satisfied with our work. It’s always rewarding when our efforts result in a happy customer!
4 Story Tree House!
We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to work on this incredible property nestled among the trees. Our team successfully completed a full roof renovation and replaced four stories of cedar cladding at the front of the property. Additionally, we installed new decking boards and replaced all the spouting on the premises. Kudos to our team for a job well done! This project had numerous components to manage, but we pulled through and accomplished it with great success!
