Maple solid timber flooring laid over concrete.

Western red Ceda shiplap weatherboard installed by us also installed the exposed aggregate driveway.

Driveway I installed exposed aggregate with black oxide acid washed and sealed.

Tony and Shona's villa restoration

This has been a fantastic project Tony and Shona's villa is 110 year old and will hopefully see another 110 more years now.the building has had new timber windows throughout,full reclad with new timber weatherboards,new interior linings kwila deck with new porch with loover windows and alot of personal design by them put into it.we continue to provide out services maintaining and improving this property.

Tuihiwi outdoor entertainment area

Sophie and George ask us too create a new space at there lovely property in tuihiwi.This project involved removal of conservantry, old deck re build new kwila deck,verandah,exposed concrete patio for spa area,spa area roof and other fencing throughout the property.

Site dig out and spoil removed by us.Deck built using kwila 140 wide boards and stainless fastenings.

Great job done by Alex on the boundary fence between owner's property and Council park. Alex was great to deal with, turned up when he said he would, replied to any questions immediately and did not mind having to supply two invoices and obtain two separate deposits from the owner of the property and the Council. Would definitely use again!
