Ben did a good job, so it seemed, until my new shower started leaking through the downstairs ceiling. I called him to come and remedy it but i was blocked and abused, and threatened. Wouldn't touch this cowboy with a 10 foot pole Reply: Hi Dom, we have thoroughly checked our records and have zero history of ever doing work for you, nor do we have any service records matching this description. This review was posted in direct retaliation to a trade discussion on Facebook regarding plumbing licensing and insurance, occurring at the exact same time you commented on social media directing people to look at our Google reviews. Because this is an entirely fabricated account and a violation of Google's policies, we have submitted the screenshot evidence for removal.

Totally recommend Ben. We have used Ben on several occasions- once was an emergency situation when the bathroom plumbing leaked "big time". He turned up quickly and sorted the situation. We have always found Ben to be responsible, trustworthy and knows his stuff. Also doesn't charge excessively.

Totally happy with both times we have called upon Ben and his team to help us out with plumbing projects.
