Brenton Building was established in 2009 and has been doing property maintenance, renvoations, and extensions to an excellent standard ever since. Our foundation is built on smaller jobs so we pride ourselves in completing them to the highest standard.

Construction on a Tropical Island!
We accept an challenge at Brenton Building so when we get offered the opportunity to move to Vanuatu for 3 months and build bungalows with the locals we will take it! Building 60 square meter bungalows while 20 meters away from the beach provided us with unforgettable lessons and experiences!
Revitalising a Bathroom Space!
A house renovation in Point Chevalier consisted of numerous highlights, one of which being this beautiful stylish en-suite. With an in-wall niche and skylight there's no stone left unturned on this job!
Enjoying Natural Light and Shelter in Style!
A sleek perspex roof installation over a new deck we built. These verandahs are rigid, and modern and look amazing tying into an existing roof. The clients we more than happy with the light they would be getting coming through above their outdoor living area.
Creating the perfect oasis for relaxation and entertaining!
This deck needed a quality extension to help reform the outdoor living space. We extended the deck on both sides of the house and installed some stairs and an extension of the balustrade! Very happy clients indeed.
Getting an upgrade from muddy shoes!
After completing the renovation/extension on this property we finished of with a beautiful curved pathway. The clients were over the moon with how it turned out!
Ponsonby Villa Revamp!
This only Ponsonby villa required some life. We installed new fences, a new deck, and installed a stunning balustrade out on the front porch! The clients ended up selling this property for a hefty sum a few months later.
