From the outset, Justin demonstrated a level of professionalism that is increasingly rare. He came out promptly to quote the job, took the time to assess everything carefully, and then followed up to ensure I was comfortable with the scope and pricing before locking anything in. The work was scheduled about three weeks out, exactly as discussed — and true to form, he called a couple of days prior to reconfirm the booking and provide a clear ETA. On the day, he arrived precisely on time. Not “close enough” — on the dot. The work itself was absolutely tremendous. Diligent, methodical, and clearly carried out with pride. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and obvious care for doing the job properly really stood out. The site was left tidy, the trees look fantastic, and the entire process felt seamless.
