Hi, I'm Michael, a qualified builder working in Christchurch and surrounds. I've been building for the last 6 or so years, doing everything from small renovations to multi-unit developments. Currently, I specialise in small jobs, such as repair work and landscaping, as well as minor renovations. I take pride in my professionalism and competitive quotes.

Fence Upgrade

The client was in the process of getting a new dog, so needed to upgrade the fencing and gates on their property.

Kwila Deck

The client wanted a small kwila deck over an existing patio. I delivered.

Cedar Cladding

I installed the cedar cladding on this new build.

Exterior Envelope Repair

Prior to painting, some window sills and weatherboards needed to be replaced.

Entry Pergola

The client has a large rose bush/tree that was arching over the entrance to their property. I built a pergola under it, propping it up, and making the entrance easier to use and grander.

Wall extension

The brief was to extend a wall, partially covering a ranchslider, to give more usable wall space.
