My name is Patrick Grace, and I am the Director and Owner of 3in1 Construction limited.

3in1 Construction are members of the following Associations:
New Zealand Certified Builders
New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors
3in1 Construction started operating in the Christchurch area in November 2020.
As a company we are here to help the homeowner make that dream come to reality, no matter how large or small that dream may be.
High quality new home building & renovation projects (big & small) ...From concept to completion, we take the stress out of dealing with all the different contractors involved in any major renovation, repair or new building project.
As a company owner we look at the three criteria’s in the construction industry. Cost, Timing and Quality. All these criteria’s represent that Golden Triangle in the Construction Industry.
We will implement these three points for the homeowner and for our company.
Cost: Cost-effective project for you which is far and reasonable.
Timing: Job done to a timely manner, this includes initial contact, quotes to you in a reasonable manner, and starting and finishing projects in the time that is agreed.
Quality: All jobs will be finished to a high standard.
