With a number of years of experience in property trading and development, we have decided to start a new business helping people with their renovations. We work with a variety of professionals in different trades, so able to bring different tradies together at an affordable cost to our clients. Our projects vary from small maintenance jobs, to full house renovations and extend to commercial/fit out projects.

A complete bathroom transformation delivered through smart design, structural changes, and efficient execution. This project began with a detailed 3D model, allowing the client to visualise the new space before construction. To maximise functionality, we removed the wall between the existing bathroom and separate toilet, creating a more open and practical layout. This required full relocation of plumbing and electrical services to suit the new configuration. The new bathroom features fully tiled floors and walls, delivering a clean, modern look, complemented by a sleek LED mirror for a refined finish. Working within a tight space, we sourced and installed a uniquely sized shower to ensure a perfect fit without compromising usability. Completed in just 3 weeks, this project highlights our ability to combine thoughtful design, technical expertise, and efficient delivery to achieve a high-quality result.

Kitchen Renovation – Henderson, Auckland Another efficient kitchen transformation delivered from concept to completion in just over a week. This project started with a full removal of the existing kitchen, followed by new flooring to create a solid, refreshed base for the upgrade. Before installation, we produced a detailed 3D design, giving the client a clear visual of the finished space and confidence in every decision prior to build. The new kitchen was then installed with careful planning and precision. A key requirement was to retain the existing tiled splashback, which meant the new cabinetry had to be perfectly adjusted to align with the tiles — a detail that required accuracy and experience to execute properly. By combining upfront planning, clear communication, and efficient on-site execution, we were able to deliver a smooth, high-quality result in a short timeframe. A practical, modern kitchen — completed quickly and built to fit the client’s needs.

Kitchen Renovation - Hamilton

This project involved a complete kitchen upgrade, replacing an outdated space with a fresh, modern design while maintaining the existing layout. We removed the old kitchen and installed a brand-new one, updating the overall style without altering the cabinet positions. The new kitchen features a custom-colour stone benchtop, giving the space a clean, contemporary finish. As part of the renovation, we carried out electrical and plumbing adjustments to suit the new cabinetry and appliances. The project also included a tiled splashback and full repainting, bringing the entire space together. All new appliances were installed, resulting in a functional and refreshed kitchen ready for everyday use. The project was completed in just a couple of weeks, delivering an efficient transformation with a high-quality result.
