"Hi, this person was initially very helpful, and when I responded saying he would be out of my price range, he reassured me. Sasha came with his young daughter (child), gave me advice, and promised me a quote by last Wed - his intention was for his son to do the work, with him overseeing. - estimate $3k. It is now over two weeks later.... Saturday afternoon, and despite my polite texts and emails, I have had no response. I would not recommend - he just wasted my time."
