When Sean carried out my job of patching the vinyl flooring the outcome was not to his satisfaction, so he replaced the entire flooring at his own expense. We ( Sean and I) are very pleased with the final result. His workmanship is of a high standard, which he backs up. I have no problem recommending his services to others, and would use his services again in the future.
