Do not use the floorer. We had to completely repair the floor after his incompetent work. It was an absolute mess. Floor court is repairing the floor and we will looking at small claims once we complete the repairs of his work.

We ( Sean and I) are very pleased with the final result. His workmanship is of a high standard, which he backs up. In the end I had two similar quotes from two really good builders, and one had immediate time so I went that way. Sean was really helpful and I'd have no qualms about doing work with him and may have bigger job in a few months.
