After being awarded the contract, Liam's property solutions appears to have closed business without completing the work or communicating with me at all. After several weeks I managed to contact Liam to discover this. Work not completed (or even started)!. No communications.

Failed to turn up for the repairs to our roofing despite commiting to do so. Liam was never reachable on calls and unresponsive on messaging through Builderscrack causing us a delay of over a month since initial contact for an important piece of work. He has been reported to Builders crack. Never again!
