Unexpected repairs

Johan is a very personable contractor, who completed our work very satisfactorily. I had difficulty pinning him down to actually completing the work, which did cause some frustration. i think the delay was caused by a very keen new business operator being over committed and struggling to meet the workload. i hope Johan has learned from this. I wish him well.

Repair flashings of windowbox in ceiling of bathroom

The job was delayed directly and indirectly by Covid with both lockdown and lack of supplies. The weather wasn't on our side either. However Johan was professional and although the job needed to have 2 separate repairs this was done within the budget quoted for. He kept in contact over the job and was polite and tidy with his work.
