Welcome to Platinum Concrete's profile. We are a small local concrete contracting company in the Bay of Plenty. Platinum Concrete was founded by Bianca and Kilby for extra income as two best friends navigating the uncertainty of the global pandemic. This simple idea quickly grew into team expansion, machinery purchases, and skill development. Bianca earned a Diploma in Architectural Technology while liaising with customers and estimating projects, and her abilities are currently being used by Platinum Concrete through CAD landscape planning, commercial tendering, and providing quantity surveying to external subcontractors procurements.
It's hard to think we've only been in the concrete industry for three years, but don't let that deter you. Kilby, our master concreter, has over 15 years of concreting expertise in both New Zealand and Australia. Nobody knows the concrete jargon like Kilby! Aside from the business world giving Kilby premature grey hair, he got himself a man's toy, a bobcat, which not only makes him a pro on the trowel but also has a final cut smoother than a labrador's velvet ears.

Bianca comes from a marketing and design background; she branded Platinum Concrete, designed our website, directs all marketing initiatives, and writes all of our policies. This means we can redirect design and marketing resources to areas that provide greater customer advantage, such as better insurance coverage, cutting-edge design and planning software, skill development, and health and safety preventive measures. So, our capacity to supply what the customer wants with out wearing the costs makes us more competitive in the market.

- Quoting & project estimations are free. Don't be shy, there's no obligations to engage with us when requesting a pricing estimate from us. Whether your project is a final design or still an idea we are happy to provide you with some figures.
- We use innovative technology that enables us to generate cost estimates straight from a master plan, sketches, and images. This means that our customers are not obligated to attend a site visit if it is not required.
- We offer CAD landscape design as well as practical knowledge of New Zealand's native plants.
