Gidday! Recently relocated from the megametropolis of Auckland, I am a 30 year old builder/handyman with experience in landscape carpentry, mechanical maintenence and construction in residential, commercial and and civil applications. Portfolio and recommendations available on request.
While I am familiar with most building work (particularly outdoor) and general repairs, my niche is to offer a broad range of services to deal with jobs that don't fall neatly into a category; to be a one-stop shop for the various tasks that can be too numerous across the trades to address. Rather than charge a flat rate for my time, I offer rates according to the nature of each task - also with the aim of making awkward tasks more accessible.
For work beyond my own capacity I source labour as required on a case-by case basis; further builders, painters, electricians, concreting, etc.
Open to either hourly rates or quotes - to suit the task and client.
My motto: 'It is far better to negotiate fairly before the start then to argue the outcomes after the fact!' Clear communication is key to satisfaction.
