Dranage work and new cortyard
Drainage work needed to be conducted to annex at the rear of the house as the rear annex room was damp was wanted for a new laundry. The old field drains around all 3 walls were dug up and replaced as well their discharge pipes replaced and the alignment of the waste corrected. As the retaining walls needed to be removed to carry out this work It was decided to finish the work by turning the area into an outside courtyard with new retaining walls. This achieved turning an unusable narrow path into a well sheltered morning sun trap.
Driveway extension
The Client wished to create an extension to their driveway and we were hired to do the dig out, the old concrete retaining structure was broken out and over 20 ton was moved to fill over 1.5 days
Garage Demo
This old garage was past repair and was demolished over 3 days. 2.8 tons of waste was removed with 1/2 of it recycled

This tree was shading the clients house and the neighbors as well.It took a total of 4 days to fell and remove including the stump and all the waste (approx 10ton) and reinstate the front lawn
