"Dan's good value. Called to discuss job before sending quote. Came over before starting the job to disconnect power to building + go over the job. Arranged the time/day to suit our schedule. Showed up promptly when he said he would and stayed until the job was done -though it took nearly 10 hours, he could have come back and charged extra but didn't. Even took a couple of loads of green waste + rubbish we had from clearing the section to the tip. Buildings gone with no unexpected costs."
