Work completed did not pass building inspection. The building inspector phoned the builder indicating what was not completed correctly. Builder agreed to return and put right what was wrong. The final result was acceptable and passed inspection.

Colby is a really nice guy and took action to fix work that was poor quality. He was happy to sign a contract for the cost - and then fair with extras that came up along the way. He personally did a good job of the work he completed. But there was a fair bit of rework because the subcontracted painter did a poor job. And unclear communication between him and his builders meant work took longer and small finishes needed to be redone/fixed. Eventually got to the end. Colby is fair and honest.
