Replacing weather boards, windows/laundry & jib
Job description
Hi there I have a fascia board below my roof line that is rotten and needs replacement, as well as potentially wood behind it. I would like all the wooden windows on the house checked as some of the wooden frames are rotten or warped. One needs glass replaced. I would like a dryer mounted on the wall, ducted to outside, and a laundry structure built around it. The other job is to jib two bedrooms and insulate the walls. Kimberly

Colby is a really nice guy and took action to fix work that was poor quality. He was happy to sign a contract for the cost - and then fair with extras that came up along the way. He personally did a good job of the work he completed. But there was a fair bit of rework because the subcontracted painter did a poor job. And unclear communication between him and his builders meant work took longer and small finishes needed to be redone/fixed. Eventually got to the end. Colby is fair and honest.
