Gable roof carport and fence.

Demolition of old concrete wall before project began.

Master bedroom / ensuite extension.

Built from consented plans, ensuite extension, Master bedroom renovation and a 90m2 deck. (See other project for deck pictures)

90m2 Deck

This deck required council concent being over 1.5m high at one end. Deck was built to architect plans.

Replace weatherboards, new framing.

Found the framing was severely rotten, Had to be replaced. Old window replaced with second hand window supplied by owner. Painting carried out by home owner.

New Deck extension, Kwilla.

Consented deck.

Carport angled to suit house and fence line.

Work completed did not pass building inspection. The building inspector phoned the builder indicating what was not completed correctly. Builder agreed to return and put right what was wrong. The final result was acceptable and passed inspection.

Dotco Construction Ltd is an excellent choice for any of your building --- team is very knowledgeable, and communicated clearly and professionally. Colby was enormously patient and flexible when it came to rescheduling the job multiple times as a result of the rain. The work was completed to an immaculate standard, and much quicker than expected. The quoted price seemed reasonable. A superb experience all around, and very highly recommended.

The Colby and --- team were outstanding. I'd placed some limits on the job but the team completely exceeded my expectations with quality and the finished product is much better than I hoped. The work was done quickly, the site was left tidy. Would definitely work --- again - strongly recommended.

Colby is a really nice guy and took action to fix work that was poor quality. He was happy to sign a contract for the cost - and then fair with extras that came up along the way. He personally did a good job of the work he completed. But there was a fair bit of rework because the subcontracted painter did a poor job. And unclear communication between him and his builders meant work took longer and small finishes needed to be redone/fixed. Eventually got to the end. Colby is fair and honest.
