Leaky roof

Peter took 27 hours to complete the work on my roof and a small ceiling repair, but I was charged 34.5 hours. He did this over 6 days across 3 weeks. The plastering job he did looks terrible as he has left it unfinished; he also left roofing screws scattered around the property including in the gutters, and the quality of work was not great. On the final day he asked for cash payment to avoid tax to keep costs down, however he charged me for materials he didn't use on my job and took with him.
