I'm a carpenter and cabinetmaker with 25+ years in the woodworking and related trades over in the USA.
My primary expertise is in higher-end cabinetry and related renovations. I worked a decade on superyachts (over 30m long) so have an eye for detail and skills to match. Have also done some out-of-the-norm work in related fields: shop-fitting for themed interiors, set-building for theatre and photographers, traditional timber-framing with mortice and tenon joins (beams 300mm x 400mm and up to 9m long!), and more.
Have been in NZ for 11 years, and have had the luxury of being home for my growing kids for most of that - but am now re-entering the trade arena and am looking forward to finding some interesting work.
