Waikato Construction Management is an established construction company that is based in Te Awamutu and services the greater Waikato Region. The company is involved in the commercial, residential and maintenance sectors of construction and is managed with a hands on approach by three directors:
John Morrow (Business Development/Operations) - Gary White (Contract Administration) and Trina White (Administration). The directors have a number of years industry experience: John (35yrs) - Gary (15yrs) - Trina (15yrs). The total number of employees is 50 and several of our staff hold current LBP licenses.
The directors are backed by a skilled and qualified team that work together to deliver the desired results to you the client. Our team at Waikato Construction Management is proficient at liaising with outside groups throughout the project such as Local Council and Environmental Groups We ensure that all statutory and local authority planning requirements are complied with including Surveyor and Geotechnical reporting.
